A former Army Medical Laboratory Technician with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. in Management of Technology, Tirza founded The Thermogram Center, Inc. in Colorado in 2002.
​
In her earliest years, she responded to the overwhelming question from clients, “what can I do about the inflammation seen in my thermal imaging?” and published Better Breast Health – for Life! in 2005. Two new editions of the book followed, but 2026 compelled a makeover, resulting in a new title for the 4th edition, Take Back Control of Your Health at tirzahealthhub.com.

Autumn Sears, BA, LMT, CTT

Independently contracted and Fort Collins based, Autumn Sears provides thermal imaging services for the Fort Collins and Boulder locations. In the field of wellness since graduating college in 1994, she has worked as an exercise physiologist, massage therapist, birth doula, and Pilates professional.

In 2017, she discovered the services of The Thermogram Center, Inc. a tool for her own personal health empowerment. She is passionate about empowering others by allowing them to see and learn what is happening in their body, thereby enabling them to make relevant health choices in their lives.

Meet the Team
Interpretive Reporter
Robert L. Kane, DC, DABCT, FIACT began in the field of thermal imaging in 1992.
​
Dr. Kane acquired his training through the International Thermographic Society and achieved Diplomate level certification through the American Board of Clinical Thermography (ABCT). He also achieved Diplomate certification through the International Academy of Clinical Thermology (IACT) and was recognized as a “Fellow” by IACT for contributions to the field of thermal imaging. Dr. Kane furthered his knowledge of breast applications under the tutelage of Dr. William Hobbins, one the world’s leading authorities.
Dr. Kane has previously served on the board of IACT and ABCT and currently provides high quality training for thermography technicians. He currently maintains a busy thermal imaging interpretation practice.
