What to Expect
Your text/email appointment confirmation inlcudes:
date/time/location info; 5-day restriction for no sunburn or windburn; detailed introductory video; address, parking, lobby and restroom information; 24-hour restriction for no body treatments/therapies and more; and intake forms.
Before Your Imaging Session
Relax in the lobby until your technician escorts you to the imaging room, where she will orient you to the room and the procedure. You'll acclimate for 10 minutes to dissipate heat from beneath hair and some clothing while she discusses your intake form information with you. (She will have her back to you when you are not completely clothed.) Imaging typically takes 5-10 minutes. After you redress and let your hair down, she'll collect any remaining balance due in your account by credit card and/or cash and issue your superbill before escorting you to the lobby.
During your 30-minute Imaging Session
In the Days After Your Imaging Session
We'll ask for a Google review, hoping you have a Google account and are so impressed with our services that you want to share. You'll have 24/7 access to your paid invoices, superbill, self-care educational materials, report and images by way of your portal. After providing a voice memo recap of your report's key takeaways and next steps, Tirza will email the report to you and your preferred health professional, if you desire, typically 5-7 business days later. She'll be available for any questions by phone/telehealth as well.
